Those photos over there? They’re some of our key people – the thought leaders – at Bradley and Montgomery (BaM). They each bring a wealth of disparate knowledge to work every morning. What they have in common when they get here is this:

  • An understanding that being a Director of Marketing, CMO, or Consumer experience VP are not the same jobs they were ten years ago. Or even five years ago. Maybe even two.
  • Not every problem a brand has can be solved with gorgeous product photography and a witty headline run in major consumer monthlies. It’s now officially a world where classical advertising tactics pale in influence to 200,000 “likes.”
  • Digital is not a specialty. It’s not an agency category. It’s a required language of consumer engagement that cannot stand apart from environmental branding, advertising tactics, media innovations or promotional strategies.
  • Being smarter, faster and executing more quickly is hard. But it’s necessary.

Our Work

When most agencies refer to "creative," they still mainly mean the collection of art, writing and imagery that gets routed through traffic. Like it did in the 1990s. Or the 1960s. Or, if you remove the TV part, the 1930s. We think about the making of our "product" differently. We don’t even much like being called an "ad agency" because it implies that we act like one. Instead, we work as hard on what a thing is as we do on what it says and looks like.
