BaM helped the Microsoft Exchange team better communicate the robust technology of its servers by creating 9 different videos detailing technologies that had previously been promoted with lengthy technical documentation. The videos needed to quickly educate business decision makers (CIOs and CTOs) on Exchange’s new features. And they needed to work around the world – so far they have been translated into 12 different languages and used on websites, in presentations, and even at live events.
