We’re seeking an Art Director to join our team. The right candidate needs to be more than a great graphic designer. They must be strategically minded and have the ability to chart out a vision across numerous media. While the type of work at BaM often reflects the day-to-day work you would find at many agencies, there is an element that calls for true inventiveness that goes beyond the marriage of pictures and words. This means being able to contribute both insight and creativity to drive a consumer to care about what a brand has to say.
