Summer Internship Program Overview

May 28th to August 2nd (10 weeks)

The Bradley and Montgomery (BaM) 10-week paid internship program, out of our Indianapolis office, is designed to nurture the next generation of culture seekers, creative thinkers and doers. Our interns are treated as part of the team and become part of our BaMily.

We want our interns to leave the internship program with hands-on experience with large clients, exposure to innovative and strategic thought-processes and teams as well as a strong connections to the Indy creative community.

The Account Management Internship is designed to give a real world experience within the advertising industry. Account Management requires individuals with excellent communications skills and keen intuition. In this role, the intern will gain experience and knowledge on agency/client communication, creating and presenting decks, writing creative briefs, managing client budgets & schedules, spotting and/or identifying opportunities, and assisting on developing creative ideas and solutions that will surprise and delight clients.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Must be a college junior, senior or recent graduate
  • Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and highly-organized
  • Exhibits proactive problem-solving
  • Enjoys working with people

Our creative team is full of multi-skilled individuals. Whether you are a designer, a writer or an animator, we prefer people who have the ability to wear multiple hats to bring an idea to life or tell a story. Our Motion Graphics Design Intern will be immersed as part of our team of talented creatives to learn and help bring ideas to life in innumerable formats.

We are looking for candidates who aren’t afraid to try something new or raise a hand when confused. Our fast-paced environment isn’t for the quiet. You will need to be able to verbally express yourself and participate. You should be driven to learn more, solve problems and surprise and delight your creative team mates.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a college junior, senior or recent graduate
  • Experience in design, animation, video editing and motion graphics
